Room lovely, great location. Cleanliness exceptional and staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Staff on front desk could not do enough..Roula and Dimitri very prompt to sort any issues and always with a smile. Also spa manageress lovely and excellent at her job. Great choice for breakfast.

Cushions on sofa bed was noted to be stained. Originally put into ground floor room but we had requested a first floor room. This was sorted promptly the next morning as we had a late arrival time the previous evening.

Lovely, small, clean hotel. Spacious room. Big enough for 4 of us. Perfect location in Perissa. Good selection at breakfast.

Location is fantastic close to beach restaurants , shops and bus stop

The breakfast was served in a very cold room, as a consequence eggs and other hot food was always stone cold Not enough sunbeds

We had a wonderful stay. Split level accommodation perfect for the three of us as gave my 16 yr old son his own space.

Staff where all very nice especially Zoe the physiotherapist. Accessibility to the beach and tourist attractions.

Gym can be improved.

Could never get a sun bed but that is common in hotels sadly, unless you want to get up at 5am to put your towel out! Which I don’t!

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff and a really clean hotel. Pool area looked gorgeous although we didn’t use it as went to the beach and people had already got their towels down!

Plunge pool in the room was too cold to get into.

The surprise for my partners 60th was amazing!!!! We were greeted so professionally and with great care.Nothing was any trouble from the advice on not to drink the tap water and local restaurants to try,booking taxis to ensure we were not ripped off.s We cannot fault anything about this hotel it was the best and location was perfect. The room and all areas were spotless,shower was lovely and warm with everything in the room that was needed.The maids were all very polite and always there to help. Food choice was exceptional and delicious . All the staff we came into contact with were very polite and always with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Close to the beach, helpful staff, looked modern and clean, private pools

Weird window in between the bathroom and the bedroom which led to sunlight coming through early with no way of blocking it out

I loved the room all 4 of us were able to share, small friendly hotel, loved our plunge pool

The location was excellent with just a short walk to the seafront and restaurants. The view of the mountain from the pool / breakfast area was lovely.

Smoking allowed and actively encouraged in dining areas. West facing rooms with private pool have cold water in pools as sun doesn’t reach (to warm) until late in day, and then only in a corner of pool

Staff was vey helpful and very nice. Especially ladies from the Spa, Gentleman at breakfast and pool bar and the ladies at reception. Special thanks to Spa ladies for going extra mile and helping me with my emergency pedi repair! The pool area is very quiet, relaxing and clean. Hotel location is perfect, few steps from the beach but private.

Breakfast a bit boring, could be more variety especially for vegetarians :)

Everything was perfect - staff were helpful and cheerful, breakfast buffet had lots of choice and was fresh. Everything was clean tidy and fresh. Location was perfect too, lots of bars and restaurants a few hundred yards away.

Beautiful hotel, small and perfectly formed it had everything we wanted and more. Our room was excellent. Breakfasts were a particular highlight, staff were super helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

I was initially inclined to give this hotel 9/10, but I just hate to see how some spoiled people can drag down the reputation of this nice hotel... Because we ourselves after reading some reviews were hesitant... First of all, the breakfast is delicious and so many to choose from. We stayed for 14 nights and never got bored of the food choice. The coffee is good. The juices, well... had better... But the food, especially some typical Greek dishes (salads, Greek full fat yoghurt, grilled vegetables, grilled aubergine with cheese) was so delicious I miss it so much. Wide variety of eggs based dishes, too. The staff was very friendly, and we GOT help with our luggage. We got the two-story room with private jacuzzi and overall we liked the room very much. It was modern, clean, bigger refrigerator than usual hotel ones, one terrace with the jacuzzi and two sunbeds towards the back, one balcony with seating and table towards the pool. The jacuzzi isn't heated, which might have been a shock at first, but after some time in the heat it was actually very refreshing. The location is superb, almost on the beach. And while some guests moan about the lack of free sunbeds at the pool... 1) some rooms have own sunbeds 2) but mostly, you can free of charge spend the whole day on comfy sunbeds of the sister hotel right on the gorgeous beach. I would recommend water shoes when going into the sea because of the slippery bottom which is basically one huge rock. But boy, the black "sand" is probably the most comfortable and nice sand I ever experienced. It is made of these very little stones, so little and round it is practically a sand so very comfy to walk on bare foot, but not so tiny that it manages to massage your feet while walking on it. And one big benefit is that it's by far not as sticky and "get everywhere" as the "usual sand"... So why would you even choose to spend your whole holiday at the pool??!

Gym is neglected... but wouldn't call it a deal beaker..
